All support options are accessed from directly within the system. Simply log in and select the “Get Assistance” icon in the top right of the screen.

Our quick help system offers instant guidance relevant to the area of the system you’re using. So if you’re running your first switching case and entering details of the current plan, the quick help tells you exactly how to do just that.


How To Videos

We have a dedicated YouTube channel with many training videos to help you get the most out of your system. You can watch these whenever you wish and also have the ability to pause and rewind as well as watching them while working on a real case.


Knowledge Base

These Knowledge Base articles are designed to cover specific requests in detail and answer some commonly asked questions. These differ from the FAQs within the system as they will go into more detail and often include examples.
