Whilst there are three system options, the entry-level "Standard" system is arguably more comprehensive than any other TVAS system available. Common System Features A Client Database - Every time you produce an analysis, the client data is saved for future use. This means you can access saved cases to produce a re-run and accommodate changes to; the transfer value, products, commission or assumptions. A Scheme Library - As you create clients, you build your own library of pension schemes, this ensures that the scheme data will always be available in the future should you find another member of the same scheme. The scheme library is essential when dealing with scheme wind-ups or bulk transfers. Own Charges - Using data from our Pensions Profiler system, you choose the product, fund selection and commission style that's right for your client. Information Validation - A unique validation facility performs over 300 checks for missing and inconsistent data. Graphical Report - Graphs are used extensively to explain the options for pension, tax free cash, death benefits and performance. Full details of the Transfer Report are available here. Standard System All of the common features listed above are included in the Standard system. This can be installed on a network but will only allow one user to access the system at a time. This system is ideal for the small to medium firm where perhaps one or two people will be using the system.

Professional System

The Professional system allows members of a larger firm or a specialist transfer department to work concurrently and gain full advantage of the Scheme Library. In addition to the common features listed above, the Professional system provides the following:

Networking - A multi-user system that will run comfortably across a local area network.

Letter Generation - Letters can be produced to schemes to gather the necessary information required. Perhaps the most impressive feature is a letter that can be produced which takes the input queries and turns them into bullet points for the scheme to answer.

Case Tracking - Each step of every case is logged which enables the complete history of any case to be seen. Users have their own login password, which enables the case history to be identified against a particular user.

Reminder Letters - As letters are created, they are automatically diarised for follow up after a period of time you are happy with. Where no reply is received "chase-up" letters can be produced automatically.

Professional Light User System

The functionality of the Professional Light User system is identical to the Professional system, although there is a different cost structure.
