FAQ

Producing transfer analysis reports is complex and the varying quality of benefit statements can mean that cases take some time to finalise. In almost every case, queries need to be clarified by the scheme administrators, some of whom insist on receiving and replying to enquiries in writing.

Case Tracker is a free Website service designed to give you instant access to the progress of your cases at any time.

Accessing Case Tracker

Once you have registered for the Transfer Bureau and submitted your first case, you will receive confirmation of your User Code and Password. You can then follow the Track Your Cases link on the website.

Information Available

Upon entry to Case Tracker you will gain access to the following:

  • A list of the active cases showing the name of the client and the scheme, together with a link to see the history of cases completed within the previous 6 months.
  • The status of each case.
  • The complete history for each case.
  • Notes of telephone conversations between our transfer analysts and the scheme.
  • The diary date for each case.

Many IFAs find this a valuable mechanism to keep their clients informed of the progress of their case.

Contacting O&M

In addition to its value to our customers, Case Tracker plays a valuable part in keeping our costs down.
