Transfer Bureau Leaflet - This document provides an overview of the options O&M offer in relation to occupational
transfers.
Service Licence - This form provides us with essential information to allow you to use the Transfer Bureau service. Please
complete and return this once you have read and agreed our Terms & Conditions.
Once registered you will be provided with a Transfer Bureau Welcome Pack, which contains everything you need to submit
your first case including:
Case Submission Form
This document provides us with vital information including, the clients personal information and pension scheme details. The
form also allows you to specify the personal pension and section 32 products you want us to use for your report.
Please note - It is important that you provide us with specific instructions regarding the product providers you
wish us to use in each report. Failure to specify this will result in our staff making a selection using the
Pensions Profiler System in line with O&M's Product Providers Policy.
Letter of Authority
This must be completed and signed by your client to enable us to start work. It details who the scheme administrators are and
their contact address. Once signed by your client we have the necessary authority to discuss their pension benefits on your
behalf.
If you have already obtained a letter of authority signed by your client which does not mention O&M, we can usually accept
an extension letter, whereby you issue on your own letterheaded paper an authority for O&M to act on your behalf in this
matter. It should be noted however that some schemes do require O&M's name on the letter of authority signed by the client,
and we may be required to ask your client for a fresh letter of authority which includes O&M.
