Comparing free reports with O&Ms Bureau Service is not a like for like comparison. Our fee is for a
complete service that takes you from Letter of Authority through to the issue of a TVAS report. While we
are dealing with the scheme administrators, you can concentrate on your clients!
Standard Report Costs
We charge £135 + vat per report, re-runs within 3 months of the original report cost £25 + vat.
Unusual cases may be more suited to our Platinum Service which costs £325 + vat per report.
Is the fee reasonable?
What hourly rate do you charge clients? If you have the systems in place to collate the necessary
information for a comparable amount, perhaps rental of the
Transvas Profiler system is the best option for you.
Who pays the fee?
The practice amongst our bureau customers varies:

- Some take our fee on the chin and hope that sufficient business will be generated to cover the
total costs (theirs and ours).
- Others always charge a fee over and above O&Ms to ensure their time and expenses are costed effectively,
regardless of the advice given.
- Many ask their client to pay the O&M fee up front (with the client writing the cheque directly
to O&M) as a sign of commitment for the specialist advice they will receive.
- A number agree a fee in advance with their client if no transfer proceeds. This ensures that if the
right advice means leave the money where it is, they are not out of pocket.
Bulk Cases for a Scheme
Where you submit a large number of transfer analysis reports for the same scheme at the same time
(e.g. scheme wind-up) special prices will be applied to these cases:
- Where 21-50 cases are produced a 15% discount will be applied
- Where 51-100 cases are produced a 25% discount will be applied
- Where 101+ cases are produced the discount is negotiable, please contact our sales department for more details
Please notify the Transfer Bureau prior to issuing requests for reports to make them aware of the number,
and to discuss timescales.
