The following terms apply to all cases and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Introducer Guidance Notes.

Service Registration Registration for Transfer Adviser is subject to a monthly retainer fee, payable by direct debit and is subject to a 12 month agreement. Commission Based Service No further fees are payable and where a case is transferred, you will receive 45% of the gross commission generated, whilst O&M retain the balance subject to a minimum of £750.

Firms submitting regular introductions may qualify for Platinum terms and receive 55% of the gross commission generated. Once again O&M retain the balance subject to a minimum of £750.

The rate of commission paid to O&M will vary from provider to provider and will change from time to time, therefore it is not possible to provide details.

If you wish you can exchange your share of initial commission for fund based commission provided you raise this with O&M when the client is introduced.

Platinum Terms

Regular introducers may qualify for "Platinum Terms". This will be reviewed on the anniversary of the agreement. The introducer must have had at least 10 cases receive advice during the previous 12 months.

Fee Based Service

Although the vast majority of our clients prefer us to act for them on a commission basis, it is important that your client has the option to receive fee based advice O&M will normally quote a fee to your client of £2,000 + vat, although in complex cases O&M reserve the right to charge the client an additional amount. We will always ask the first £500 + vat to be paid before we start work, with the balance being paid upon completion of the advice process.

The £2,000 + vat amount we quote, assumes a £1,000 + vat payment to the introducer (subject to your vat status), however, you have the option to reduce your share of the fee if you wish to which would result in a discounted fee being quoted.

NB. It should be noted that users of the fee-based service would pay a fee even for cases where a transfer cannot be recommended.

General Comments

1. All Introducers will be on Standard Terms unless they qualify for Platinum status.
2. Standard Terms are payable for every case at the point of the commission / fee being received by O&M.
3. Platinum Terms will be determined based upon the volume of cases receiving advice from O&M in a 12 month period, with the Platinum Terms override amount being paid annually in arrears.

Any Special Terms agreed for certain companies/organisations take precedence over the above standard rates.
