Once registered you will be provided with a Transfer Adviser Welcome Pack, which contains everything you need to submit your first case including our Introducer Guidance Notes which details the cases the service is able to deal with. In addition, the pack includes Client Friendly Leaflets, which you can leave with any clients you are introducing to the service.

The leaflet provides client with further information about O&M and the service we will be providing. The leaflet includes a "tear off" section for you and your client to complete to formally introduce your client and the authority to allow O&M to approach the member's scheme for information.

The "tear off" section is all that is required for us to commence work.
