O&M Financial Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the FSA and offers occupational transfer advice under a service called Transfer Adviser. The majority of our individual Transfer Adviser business is referred to us by introducing advisers who are not able, or prefer not to offer this type of advice. However, most bulk enquires are normally referred to O&M as a result of the logistical problems created when dealing with a large number of individual pieces of advice within a very tight timescale.

Whilst our individual Transfer Adviser service offers the option to act on a commission basis, bulk business will be charged on a fee basis, with fees usually being met by the sponsoring employer.
