Jason has responsibility for products / services offered by O&M from a technical & IT perspective.
In addition, he has overall responsibility for the Pension Transfer services offered by O&M.
He joined O&M in 1992 with a brief to develop a standalone TVAS system. Designed and coded the original
TVAS system and has been heavily involved in the on-going development of the Pension Transfer area.
Prior to 1992, Jason worked in an IT role for a mixture of companies.
Jason, a qualified accountant, is married with 2 young children.
Graham is responsible for Sales and Marketing within O&M. In addition, he is actively involved in
the development of new software/services that O&M produce.
Graham started his career in 1981 with the General Accident Group as a consultant. In 1987, he left to
establish an IFA practice attached to a tax consultancy firm.
He co-founded O&M in 1992 along with John Orlopp (who retired in 2001) to market
ideas to other IFAs regarding product selection/justification that were already being used within the
IFA practice.
Graham is married with 2 teenage children.
